Michael and Carol are extremely accommodating and it really does feel like a home away from home. I am a keen mountain biker and my wife a trail runner and excellent trails can be reached directly from the property. Our 2 young children also enjoy the freedom that the cottage has to offer with a great garden area for them to play in and also easy access to forest walks, bike rides and all that Birches Valley has to offer. We love staying at the cottage and will no doubt continue to use it as our base when visiting family in the years to come.”
